OpenDaylight is a broad, industry-wide effort to build a common platform for SDN and NFV solutions, whether in the data center, enterprise, or service provider. In this talk Brian Freeman (Software Architect/Systems Engineer at AT&T) and Colin (OpenDaylight TSC Chair and Distinguished Engineer) will focus on how OpenDaylight is meeting the needs of service providers and what OpenDaylight features are of particular use to the service provider environment, how and why. Among other features, they will discuss support for existing networking resources, BGP, PCEP, NETCONF, high-availability, and scale-out performance.
