As SVP of Global Network Software Development at Level 3, Travis oversees development of solutions for network and service control automation to the operation, and to the customer. Travis also oversees SW Programmable Networking development and introductions, as the enabler for dynamic service enablement, as well as SW development of Network Applications (UCC, CDN, IP-Video, others). Prior, Travis spent 20+ years in Technology, Engineering, IT/Development, Operations, and Marketing leadership.
